- New Products K Series Helical-Bevel Gear Units, HB Indrustrial Helical Gear Units and Bevel-Helical Gear Units were successfully researched and developed.
- Yongjia Various Speed Driver Factory changed to be Yongjia Boneng Transmission Co.,Ltd.
- Yongjia Boneng Transmission Co.,Ltd further changed to be Zhejiang Boneng Transmission Co.,Ltd.
- 2000
- CR Series Multiple-Stage Helical Gear Units was put into mass production.
- 2002
- F Series Parallel Shaft Helical Gear Units and S Series Helical-Worm Gear Units were launched in market.

- JWM Series Screw Jack were successfully researched and developed with was put into market.
